It’s all about you
I’m Jake Chambers and a few years ago I retired from the U.S. Army. I enjoyed my time in the service but now I enjoy all the time I get to spend with my family.
When I transitioned into civilian life I forgot all about exercising, eating healthy and doing the right things to take care of myself. Well, long story short, I got fat. One day I bent over to tie my shoes and found that in order to do that, I had to stop breathing. There was just to much gut in between.
I Needed a New Plan
This whole episode got me thinking. That weight came on really fast. Maybe I shouldn’t go back to the cardio routine I did in the service. It just seemed like as soon as I stopped running, came on. I started looking around the Internet, men’s fitness magazines and the like to see if I could find anything that would burn the fat off and help keep it off even if I needed to stop exercising for a couple of weeks.
I ran across an article by a fella name Mike Geary. This article made a lot of sense to me. It was well written and had a depth of knowledge that impressed me.
I started digging into who Mike is and what else he had to say on the subject and found a lot of stuff! Mike is a Certified Nutrition Specialist as well as a Certified Personal Trainer that specializes in body fat reduction.
Mike also published a fitness newsletter called “Lean Body Fitness Secrets” that gives a lot of good information about fitness and fat loss.
I Found a System That Worked for Me
After doing my research and putting some of his ideas to test, I decided to buy Mikes Book, “The Truth About Six Pack Abs”. I really wasn’t trying to be a fitness model or get a six pack. I just wanted to learn the best techniques I could find to help me stay fit and trim.
Mikes book, and all of the stuff that came with it, were just what I was looking for. While using the system that Mike talks about in his book, I was able to loose 25 lbs and I’m in the best shape of my life.
I wanted to pass on this information to you, so that you would have the same opportunity to get in shape and keep the fat off that I have had. Just remember that It’s all about you. You have to be motivated and willing to put this system to work.
